Matchmaking events - How do they work?
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. In the run-up to the event, you select interesting discussion partners, request meetings and have twenty-minute 1:1 meetings during the event to get to know each other and explore opportunities for cooperation.
1) Registration
Register on this platform and make sure that you are also registered for the Future of Medicine Innovation Days. Please note that only participants that have also registered for the Future of Medicine Innovation Days 204 will have access to the venue!
2) Publish a profile to showcase your needs
Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
3) Browse profiles of attendees
Go to the participants list or the market place to find out who is offering interesting opportunities.
4) Send & receive meeting requests
Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. If the invitation is accepted, the appointment is booked for a meeting.
5) Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have the complete list of your meetings. There you can see who you will meet when and where.
